• About Onsen

Do not hesitate to ask the staff if you are unsure how to use it.

• Breakfast

  • It is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • Location: “Gongen” Room or “Zuiun no Ma” Hall (Right of the reception) Please ask the staff if you are unsure.
  • Depending on the number of guest you will be able to enjoy：
    • The buffet (You will fnd it in the Zuiun no Ma Hall)

• • • OR a set menu (You will find it in the Gongen Room)

• • If you would like to have breakfast and you did not booked it, please notify the front desk as soon as possible. An additional fee of 1320円 will be ask.

• The Check-In

  • From 3PM to 10PM
  • Please have your Passport or your Resident Card with you.
  • You can pay during Check in or Check out

• The check-out

  • By 10 am
  • If you plan to check out before 7:00 AM, please settle your bill the day before and leave your key at the front desk.

• About your bill

• • You can pay by cash, card, PayPay, D払い, AUpay, Alipay
  • Please know that : Even if you have already paid online, you will still have to pay a “bathing tax” of 120円 per day per person. This tax helps preserve the region’s Onsen culture. Thank you for your understanding

• Amenities

  • Towels are provided in your room.
  • Yukata and amenities are available near the front desk. Please take them freely.

• The restaurant

  • Lunch : From 11:30 AM to 2PM
  • Dinner : From 5PM to 9PM. If you would like to use it for dinner, it is better to make a reservation (You can call, you can make it during your check in, or simply by speaking to the staff)

• About the key

  Please bring it back to the reception every time you go out.
